First-Class Boiler Operator

McPatel Foods is seeking a skilled and certified First-Class Boiler Operator to manage and maintain the boiler system at our french fries processing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a continuous supply of steam, maintaining boiler efficiency, and adhering to safety regulations to support seamless production operations. The role involves operating, monitoring, and controlling the boiler system to provide consistent steam supply for production while maintaining optimal pressure and temperature as per operational requirements. The operator will conduct routine inspections, perform preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot mechanical or operational issues to minimize downtime. The position requires maintaining detailed logs of boiler performance, coordinating with maintenance teams, and working closely with production teams to ensure reliable steam supply. The candidate must ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental guidelines while working in a production environment with exposure to heat, steam, and mechanical equipment.

• First-Class Boiler Attendant Certification (mandatory) • Minimum 3 years of experience operating boilers in food processing or manufacturing facility • Strong knowledge of boiler systems, controls, and steam generation processes • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics • Experience with water treatment and fuel management • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and in a team • Commitment to workplace safety and compliance • Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
