Indpotato Private Limited ("we", "us") operates SpudJobs (spudjobs.com). This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

1. Information we collect

When you register, we collect: your name, email address, phone number, professional details (experience, education, skills), and optionally your resume. For employers, we collect company name, contact details, and payment information (processed by Razorpay — we do not store card details).

2. How we use your information

For candidates: your professional details are displayed anonymously in the talent browser. Your name, email, and phone are only shared with employers after you approve or after admin approval of a profile request. For employers: your company information is used to process profile requests and manage your subscription.

3. Privacy protection for candidates

Candidate privacy is our core commitment. Your name and contact information are protected at the database level using row-level security. This means even our API cannot expose your identity to unauthorized users. Only anonymized professional data (experience, education, skills, location) is publicly visible.

4. Data storage and security

Your data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL) with encryption at rest and in transit. Our application is hosted on Vercel's global edge network. Resumes are stored in secure, access-controlled storage buckets.

5. Third-party services

We use: Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), Razorpay (payment processing). Each service has its own privacy policy. We do not sell your data to third parties.

6. Your rights

You may: access your data through your dashboard, update your profile at any time, hide your profile from the talent browser, request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing info@indpotato.com.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
