By using SpudJobs (spudjobs.com), you agree to these terms. SpudJobs is operated by Indpotato Private Limited ("we", "us", "our").

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

2. Candidate accounts

Candidates may create a free profile to showcase their professional expertise. Candidate names, email addresses, and phone numbers are never displayed publicly. Candidates may update or delete their profile at any time.

3. Employer accounts

Employers may register to browse anonymized candidate profiles. Access to full candidate details (name, contact information) requires a profile request, which is subject to admin approval. Paid plans provide increased request limits and additional features.

4. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. Subscription plans are billed monthly. Refund requests may be submitted within 7 days of payment by contacting info@indpotato.com.

5. Prohibited conduct

Users may not: submit false or misleading information, scrape or bulk-download candidate data, use the platform for spam or unsolicited communication, impersonate another person or company, or attempt to circumvent access controls.

6. Intellectual property

All content on SpudJobs, including design, code, and branding, is owned by Indpotato Private Limited. Candidate-submitted content (profiles, resumes) remains the property of the candidate.

7. Limitation of liability

SpudJobs is a platform that connects candidates and employers. We do not guarantee employment outcomes, verify the accuracy of all user-submitted information, or assume responsibility for hiring decisions made by employers.

8. Changes to terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
